The Universe is not what it seems

The Universe Is Not What It Seems presents an alternative philosophical and cosmological framework for understanding the universe. It begins with the idea that reality is fundamentally rooted in an ever-present zero-point field, from which space, time, energy, matter, and information emerge as different expressions of the same underlying structure. Our universe is proposed not as something created from nothing, but as a stable phase of this field, taking the form of a finite yet unbounded three-sphere.
Central to the book is Gravitational Lensing Variability (GLV), a framework based on the idea that light never travels through truly empty space. Instead, its path is continuously influenced by the fine-grained distribution of matter, fields, and curvature throughout the cosmos. These cumulative deviations may cause systematic differences between the geometric universe and the universe reconstructed from astronomical observations.
From this perspective, the book explores whether phenomena normally attributed to dark matter and dark energy could instead arise, at least partly, from geometric and observational effects. It also proposes a different interpretation of gravity and black holes, viewing them as manifestations of the underlying field rather than treating singularities as physical infinities.
The book deliberately combines physics with philosophical inquiry. Rather than presenting GLV as an established replacement for standard cosmology, it develops a coherent alternative picture and asks a fundamental question: how different might the universe be if some of what we currently regard as missing matter or energy is actually the result of how we observe and interpret a universe that is not as empty, flat, or optically straightforward as it appears?
